Sydney Trip Day 7

Omg finally!!!! Last post on Sydney! Walked 10-15 minutes to Central to catch the train to Blue Mountains. IIRC we caught the 9AM train, it takes about 2 hours from Central to Katoomba - the place where BM is at, train ticket is approx $10 I think. We tried to catch some sleep during the 2 hours because of the lack of sleep the night before but just our luck we sat next to this veryyyyy chatty woman omgosh I can hear her talking even when I'm dreaming wth it's like her voice is the background sound for my dream -.-

 

Paid extra for the hop on hop off bus because it's impossible to walk around the area since it's pretty massive. We didn't take the skyway (to save $) and we didn't want to take the world's steepest railway track twice so what they suggested was for us to bush walk down and then take the railway thingy up so we only had to pay for one way. We didn't expect to bush walk at all and we were all wearing slippers/sandals so the only thing going through my mind was... FML lol.

Took the train back again and reached Central around 5PM, went to wash our legs covered in mud from all the bush walking at Darling Harbour, then went to collect our luggage then lugged them to Town Hall to take the $15 train to the airport to catch our flight back to Brisbane. & that was pretty much the end of the trip :D Will I want to come back to Sydney again? Probably not... spending 6/7 days in Sydney is actually more than enough lol I kinda got sick of it, am definitely appreciating Brisbane more now (: But still, it's a pretty unforgettable trip! :D
